We are looking for someone to become part of Softerfields in Bangkok, shaping gatherings and programmes through a close understanding of the city's music, film, art, fashion and design.
What you'll do
- Develop ideas for Softerfields programmes in Bangkok.
- Find artists, records, films, stories and people worth paying attention to.
- Build relationships with spaces, artists and collaborators across the city.
- Co-curate listening sessions, screenings and other gatherings.
- Help bring each programme from an idea into the room.
- Be present at programmes and represent Softerfields with guests, partners and collaborators.
Who we're looking for
Someone with curiosity, independence and a point of view. You should know Bangkok closely, care about the culture happening around you, communicate confidently and present yourself well when representing Softerfields. Good judgement, warmth and attention to detail matter. A conventional curatorial background isn't necessary.

Who we're looking for
Someone who understands Bali beyond its surface, with curiosity, sensitivity and a genuine relationship to its cultural landscape. You should communicate confidently, present yourself well when representing Softerfields, and be comfortable meeting artists, guests and partners. Good judgement, warmth and attention to detail matter more than a conventional résumé.
